Tomorrow’s Thanksgiving and I literally counting down the hours! This is so exciting! This year I’m contributing 3 side dishes for the dinner,so I made them today to have them ready for tomorrow. Here’s what they are: Garlic Mashed potatoes Green beans with caramelized white pearl onions and Brussels sprouts with cranberries and walnuts.

Don’t cha just love the holidays? The aroma of all the scrumptious food cooking, and the blessing of being able to share with family and friends.But the best part is helping out and giving back. Kids I encourage you to get in the kitchen and help the adults cook. Offer to chop the onions, I know it might make you teary but just lend a helping hand. Shred the cheese for the mac and cheese, mash the potatoes, snip the ends off the string beans, something. Just get in there and help cook. You’ll be building memories and you’ll be having fun!
