Bran Muffins

Hey Yall ! Are you looking for a delicious way to to get more fiber in your diet without eating stuff that taste like tree bark? Ta- Da! Here it is. Bran is a whole wheat whole grain, that’s fiber packed, and in these muffins, very delicious to eat! Make em in the morning before you go to work or school, eat em’ with a smoothie or omelet and you have a healthy wholesome breakfast! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup of wheat bran cereal
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 . 5 tsp of baking powder1/4 cup of honey
1/2 tsp o f ground cinnamon2/3 + 1/4 cup of milk
1/4 tsp of salt raisins and walnuts( optional)
1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract1: Beat together eggs,milk,oil, vegetable oil, vanilla, and honey in a large bowl. Add in bran cereal and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl thoroughly combine flour,baking powder,cinnamon, and salt (raisins and walnuts opt) Mix wet with dry and spoon batter into greased muffin pan about 2/3 of the way full(for a bigger dome on top of the muffins fill the muffin cups all the way). Bake for 15- 17 minutes or until tops of muffins are golden brown enjoy!
