Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Hey Yall! It’s almost Strawberry season, and thought I’d share a recipe with you. It’s one of my absolute favorite ways to enjoy strawberries, I mean who could go wrong with dark chocolate and fresh strawberries?

And Here’s the recipe:
1 pound of fresh Strawberries(rinsed under cold water, stems left on)
16 ounces of milk, dark, or white chocolate
1 teaspoon of milk (optional)
sticks for dipping the strawberries
Directions:
In a chocolate maker, or over a double boiler over medium low heat, melt the chocolate and stir in the milk( optional), stirring occasionally.
In the mean time pat dry the strawberries, and insert the sticks into them.
When the chocolate reaches a very smooth, and creamy consistency, dip your strawberries, and place them on a cookie pan lined with wax paper to set( and so the chocolate will stay on the strawberries, and not on the cookie pan). Enjoy!
